Start by registering as a first-year resident in the National Resident Matching Program (NRMP).
2. Apply for a 2027 Residency
All application materials are accepted through ERAS (Electronic Residency Application Service).
Visa Sponsorship: Lexington Health does not sponsor visas.

Sandra Bolton
Sandra Bolton is the Program Manager for the Internal Medicine Residency program. Sandra has over 25 years of experience working with General and Plastic Surgery Residency Programs and Surgical Critical Care Fellowship. She collaborates with residency Program Directors in maintaining Program/Institutional Accreditation and is responsible for operational and financial management of programs.
