Hear from Previous Fellows
This fellowship shaped my career by giving me a strong foundation of skills and knowledge. It also fostered constant networking, as the program encouraged fellows to collaborate across departments and solve problems independently. Even 12 years later, many of my colleagues today are the mentors and supporters who guided me during my fellowship.

Fellowship Year 2012 – 2013
This fellowship provided a unique blend of structured learning, executive mentorship and real-world challenges, all within a culture that encourages collaboration and growth. Those experiences taught me how to lead with purpose and the importance of building strong relationships grounded in trust and a shared mission.
