Mentorship

You'll work with preceptors (mentors) during your program to guide you through the learning experience. During the Administrative Fellowship Program, fellows develop close relationships with their preceptor as well as executive leadership during project assignments and rotations.

 

Practical Skills Training

Throughout the program, you will learn practical skills that can be applied to your day-to-day.
