Email our program director, Tiffany Smith, to request an application packet. Once complete, email the packet back to us to submit your application.

Applicant Evaluation Process
Acceptance to the Lexington Health School of Medical Laboratory Science will be on a competitive basis.
Applicant Evaluation
Applicants are evaluated by the following criteria:
- Overall GPA
- Biology/Chemistry GPA
- References
- Personal Statement
- Personal Interview
Interviews
Interviews are held on-site and by invitation only.
