About the Program
Overview
This is a year-long, hands-on program designed for sophomores who are interested in joining the healthcare field. The program is flexible to fit a student’s schedule.
Qualifications
Must be a sophomore student in Lexington or Richland County.
Program Details
Introduced to an Array of Jobs
This program is designed to show students the wide range of positions available in the healthcare field. We place special emphasis on high-demand healthcare positions that do not require a four-year degree.
Monthly Off-Site Meetings
Students meet with members from the Lexington Health team once a month (starting in September).
Hands-On Activities & Tours
Students get exclusive tours of different departments throughout the hospital, and participate in hands-on learning activities.
